Important Notices
  • The mentor's meeting is this Wednesday at 9.
  • Mini Leagues this Saturday at 10. All welcome.
  • The winning numbers were 8, 9, 10, 23 and 9, 12, 16, 23 . The big prizes weren't won. Next week's jackpots are 6,000 and 2,000 euro.
  • The Rod Stewart act is the next of the tribute acts in the club this Saturday. The other acts include George Michael and Michael Bublé.
  • The next poker night is the 31st of May.
  • The annual golf classic will take place Friday the 28th of June in the K Club. It costs 320 euro per team. To book your tee off time contact Joe Potter at 087 2735205. We will also be looking for local businesses to sponsor the tee boxes and holes with their company being advertised on theday and included in our brochure.   • Well done to the U16 Footballers on their Championship Semi-Final win against Craobh Chiaráin. Final score Barróg 2-13 Chiaráins 2-11. A great game of football which was enjoyed by a huge crowd of Barróg supporters. Championship Final May 25th v Clontarf in Parnell Park. Support would be much appreciated.
  • Well done to the Junior Hurlers on their championship win against Na Gaeil Óga 2-16 to 3-7. Goals from Ben McGinn and Mick McCarthy. Stand out performance from Nathan Kidd who scored 8 points in his competitive adult debut.
  • Well done to the U7s who competed in a football and hurling blitz against Clontarf playing 16 games winning 10, drawing 4 and only losing 2.
  • Hard luck to our two Football Under 14 teams in the Feile.
  • The Under 11s camogie beat St Vincents in a friendly to keep their great start to the season going.
  • Brilliant performance from all 3 U10 teams vs Fingallains. Stand out performances by Aaron Comerford, Oisin Bennis and Andrew Keegan.
