Important Notices

• Hard luck to the Under 16's who lost in their championship final against Clontarf. It was a great achievement to make it to a division 2 final. It just didn't go right on the day. Good performances from Mark Fogarty, Donnacha Butler and Aaron O'Mahony. Well done to all the players and management involved.

• The mentor's meeting this Wednesday at 9.

• Mini Leagues this Saturday at 10.


• The winning numbers for the lotto were 2, 3, 14, 16 and 6, 9, 11, 15. Next week's jackpots are 6,000 and 2,600 euro.


• Poker night this Friday, the 31st of May.

• Live music from Karl Philips this Saturday.

• Bank Holiday Sunday - Live music from Soundcheque.

• There will be a presentation for the Under 21 Hurlers in the club this Saturday. All welcome.

• Well done to the Inter Hurlers on two big league wins this week. On Wednesday they beat Kilmacud Crokes 5-12 to 2-12. Goals from Mick McCarthy (2), Adam Rooney, Nathan Kidd and James Mooney. On Saturday they had a 1 point win over Naomh Olafs in the league. Barrog 1-13 Olafs 1-12. Great performances all round.

• Well done to the Junior Hurlers who had a big win over Realt Dearg. 8 points from Niall Connolly.

• Hard luck to the under 11's who were beaten 7-0 to 5-0. Great comeback as they were down by 6 with 15 minutes left. Super performance by all the girls but Tara Murphy stood out.

• Great game from the Under 10's v Fingallians. Thanks to those who supported the sponsored walk and especially the parents who took part.

• Tickets for Dublin's Championship match can be collected Thursday.

• Well done to Martin Kiernan on winning the Golf Outing in Elm Green. Great day, enjoyed by all.

• Best wishes to Luke Nolan who broke his leg on Sunday. Everyone in the club wishes him a speedy recovery.

• Best of luck to Kilbarrack United in the FAI Junior Cup Final v Sheriff YC in the Aviva stadium this Sunday the 2nd of June. Everyone support if they can.
