Important Notices

  • Hard luck to Kilbarrack United on losing the Junior FAI Cup Final to Sheriff YC in the Aviva Stadium yesterday. They were very unlucky in the end, losing 5-4 on penalties. This was a fantastic achievement to make the final two years in a row and the whole community are very proud.
  • The mentor's meeting this Wednesday at 9.
  • Mini Leagues this Saturday at 10.


  • The winning numbers for the lotto were 2, 10, 12, 24 and 5, 13, 19, 23. Next week's jackpots are 6,000 and 2,800 euro.


  • Live music from our very own Ben McGinn this Saturday in the club.
  • The annual golf classic will take place Friday the 28th of June in the K Club. Only a few spots left.   • Well done to the Junior B footballers on beating St Maurs on Thursday.
  • Hard luck to the Junior C's on a 1 point defeat to St Monicas.
  • Under 9's had a great week in football with a win over St. Monicas on Tuesday and 3 wins over Clontarf on Saturday.
  • May is a busy month with communions, school holidays and bank holidays. But despite pressure on numbers, the under eight boys have continued to show skill, great attitude and improvement in training and matches. Each and every one of them in both hurling and football. Well done all.
  • U14 girls had a great win against O'Dwyers on Thursday night in Roseglen, thanks to the girl's supporters club.
  • Great day for the U10's vs Clontarf with fine performances from Conor Tierney, Jamie Alden & Matthew Linehan.

  • Naomh Barróg Golf Society next outing is on Friday week June 14th to Hollywood Lakes. Tee Times 1pm to 2pm. Time Sheet is behind Bar.
  • Thanks to St Joseph's hurling club of Ballycran, Co Down for hosting our U12 and U13 hurling teams last Sunday. Thanks also to Jason, Josh, Keith, Jason and the U14 management team for their support on a very successful trip to the Ards Peninsula.   • Dec Ryder U11 camogie mentor is holding a pub quiz in club Friday at 8 in aid of his trip to Kenya with the Neil Mellon trust. All support greatly appreciated.
  • Good luck to the Senior Hurlers in their crucial Championship match against Erins Isles tonight in Pairc Barróg at 7:30. All support needed.
