Important Notices

  • A big thank you to all that helped out in the hurling camp last week and well done to all who took part. It is much appreciated. It was another great success. A special thanks to Martin Nolan who has been doing great work coordinating the camps. Thanks to Dublin Hurler Dotsy O'Callaghan for his visit to the camp. 
  • This week is the Advanced Summer Camp. We hope everyone enjoys it and the weather stays as good. 
  • Social Membership is now due. Please find the renewal form in the Membership section of the website.


  • The winning numbers for the last weeks club lotto were 5, 15, 19, 23. Next week's jackpot is 4,000 euro.


  • Live music from East Coast this Saturday the 20th of July. 
  • Live music from The Quenn of Hearts Saturday the 27th of July. These are another new band for the club. We hope everyone enjoys the music and has a great night. 
  • Games night is back Friday the 26th of July. This was a great night last time. Pool, Darts, FIFA. Get your name down for the FIFA tournament behind the bar. All welcome.

  • Well done to the Inter footballers who continued their great run with a win over Clan Na Gael. Final score 2-8 to 0-8. Goals from Paul Ryan and Dean Flood. 
  • Well done to the Junior B's on picking up a win against St. Marks. 
  • Well done to the Junior A football team who picked up a much needed point against Wanderers away from home. 
  • Three good wins for the Under 12 hurlers in a caimant against Fingallians, Raheny and O'Tooles. Well done to all involved. The management would like to thank the under 11s for their support.

  • Naomh Barróg are pleased to announce that we will be having a Strictly Come Dancing Fundraiser this November. We need volunteers. Please contact John Flynn on 086 8236002 if interested. 
  • The next Naomh Barróg Golf Society outing is on this Friday the 19th of July in Balcarrick Golf Club. Tee times between 1PM and 2PM. The time sheet is behind the bar. 
  • Congratulations to Jason Byrne who started corner forward for the Dublin Under 14A hurlers against Galway in Ballinasloe on Saturday. He scored 1-1. 
  • Photos from the Family Day have gone up on the club website.
  • Good luck to the Inter Hurlers in their two home league games against Commercials and St. Sylvesters this Wednesday and Saturday. All support needed.
  • Congratulations to the Dublin Senior Football team on winning the Leinster title.
