Important Notices

  • Mini Leagues is back. It is on every Saturday at 10AM. Any team that has helmets belonging to the Mini Leagues must return them immediately. 
  • Mentors Meeting this Wednesday at 9PM. 
  • Barróg are having a guess the score competition for the All Ireland Senior Football Final. The top prize is a framed Dublin jersey signed by all the players. It costs 2 euro per guess. All teams need to make a big effort to raise vital funds for the club. Contact your coordinator immediately if your team has not received a score card. 20% of the money raised will go back into the team to go towards their Christmas Party. There are socre cards available at the bar for anyone not directly involved with a team.


  • The Lotto jackpot was not won. The winning numbers were 9, 16, 17, 21. Next week's jackpot is 5,200 euro.


  • Live music this Saturday from a Tom Jones Tribute act. All welcome. 
  • Trad, folk and ballad music from Blank Bank Folk and Rigmarol on All Ireland Final Sunday.

Match Reports

  • Well done to the senior hurlers on retaining their Senior Hurling Status with a with against Thomas Davis. Final Score 1-13 to 2-6. Goal from Barry Hehir. 8 points from Man of the Match Dean Flood. Great games all round.
  • The U14 Footballers beat Naomh Olaf 8-15 to 0-4 in the league. Standout performances from Aidan Pepper, Jason Moriarty, Keith Conroy and Cillian Byrne. 
  • Well done to U14 Camogie team on another win and brilliant start to Championship season, great goals from Lannah Kelly and Nina Cunningham. Points from Lannah, Caoimhe O'Hanlon and Eve Byrne. 
  • Good win for the U13 camogie team in Championship also. 
  • Well done to the U13 Footballers who had a great win against Templeogue. Good performances from Sean Kelly, Luke Cantwell, Ryan Alexander and Derek Hyland. Final score 7-7 to 4-1. 
  • Great to see such good numbers back for the U10's and a solid performance vs Naomh Mearnog. Super displays from David Cleary, Davin Mulligan and Matthew Linehan.

  • The Ticket Book for Football Final Dublin v Mayo will close Wednesday September 11th. Please be aware that the amount of tickets available to the Club will be limited so members are asked to be patient and understanding. Paid up members only are eligible for tickets for the game. Any social members that haven't paid their membership can find the forms on the website.
  • Good luck to the Intermediate Footballers in their crucial league game against St. Sylvesters this Saturday in Broomfield.
  • The club would like to wish Ingrid Pedreschi the best of luck on her upcoming wedding to Peter Kelly
