Important Notices

  • Good luck to the Senior Hurlers in the championship against Kevins on Wednesday in Barróg at 7:15.
  • The dates for the summer camps are as follows: Football – 6th to 10th of July, Hurling - 13th to 17th of July, Advance Camp – 20th to 24th of July.
  • No Mentors Meeting this Wednesday.


  • Pink / Madonna Tribute Act on in the club this Saturday.
  • Garth Brooks Tribute Act this Bank Holiday Sunday.
  • The Crazy Bingo Night this Friday at 8PM. €10 to enter.
  • Barróg are hosting their Annual Comedy Night on Friday 5th June. Willa White, Joe Dowlin, Paul Marsh and Karl Spain are performing. €15 entry. DJ after. Starts 9pm.

Match Reports

  • Well done to the U15 Footballers who beat Fingallians in the league.
  • The U13 camogie team faught hard but were beaten by Olafs. Outstanding performance by Lucy Letham.
  • Well done to the U13 A and B Footballers who put in their best performance of the year in their wins over St Marys and Kilmacud.
  • Solid display from the U12s against Kilmacud and unlucky to only come away with a draw. Leaders on the day were Ruairi McDonald, Tadhg Cleary and David Cleary between the posts. Great result vs Cuala with Sean Elliott and Daniel Murray to the fore and Alex Flood with some fine forward play.
  • A really excellent allround performance by the U9 Hurlers who played Erin's Isle in Finglas. Excellent skills shown especially blocking and hooking. Man of the match performances came from Padraigh Ryan, TT McLaughlin and James McCabe.

Other News

  • Congratulations to St Fintans School on winning the Tom Quinlan Cup for First Year Football. Well done to the Barróg players Sean Alaxander, Liam Glynn, Mathew Nolan and Conor Ryan who were on the team.
  • Tickets for the games in Croke Park this Sunday can be collected in the club house on Thursday from 8PM.
  • Naomh Barróg Golf Society outing to Corrstown is on May 29th. Tee Time is 1PM to 2:30PM. Time sheet at the bar.
