Important Notices

·         Congratulations to the Dublin Senior Football team on winning the All-Ireland Final. We hope everyone enjoyed the celebrations in Barróg.

·         Mini leagues this Saturday at 10AM. The first day back was a great success. Not too late to join if you haven’t done so already.

·         Thanks to all involved in Ceili House on Saturday night. Great night had by all.

·         There is NO Mentors meeting this week.

·         The Hurling Practical part of the Foundation Level Course takes place this Friday at 7PM on the All Weather Pitch.


·         Live music from Damien Dempsey this Saturday night. This is a ticket only event.

Match Reports

·         Well done to the Senior Footballers who beat Good Council in the Intermediate Shield on Saturday.

·         Hard luck to the minor hurlers who were beaten by St Brigids in the A Championship.

·         Well done to the U16 hurlers who are through to the A Shied Final after beating Whitehall on a score line of 0-15 to 1-11

·         U15 Girls beat St Brigids in championship.

·         U15 Camogie beat Na Fianna in Championship.

·         U18 Girls beat St Pats Donabate.

·         U13 Camogie beat St Pats Palmerstown and are grateful for the support of the U12 girls.

Other News

·         There is a CD at the club bar with all the photos from the Blazing Saddles cycle. These are available to be borrowed and given back to the bar. All the photos will be on the facebook page soon also.

·         The lotto is a massive €9,200 this week. Please support the club lotto.

·         Naomh Barróg Golf Society had a most successful and enjoyable Captains Day (Ronnie Ryan) at Hermitage GC on Friday. Congratulations to the overall winner Liam Mulryan.

·         Best of luck to the Dublin Senior Ladies who are playing in Croke Park in the All-Ireland Football final this Sunday against Cork.

·         Best of luck to Amo Colbert and Marie Barry who are on the Scotland team who face Louth in Croker before the Senior Ladies Final this Sunday. All support appreciated.
