Important Notices

·         Naomh Barróg are taking part in the National Club Draw this year. The GAA are providing fantastic prizes and all money raised through selling tickets goes back into the club. The club are hosting a launch night for the National Draw where teams and all members can find out more information and get their tickets to sell on Tuesday November 3rd at 8PM. Half of money raised goes back into the teams. Great Opportunity to raise money for the upcoming season. All members can attend the launch night. We are hoping that each player / mentor takes three tickets.

·         This year’s AGM will take place on the 9th December. Make sure you are available to attend. This is the most important club meeting of the year.

·         Mini leagues this Saturday at 10AM. Not too late to join if you haven’t done so already.

·         Mentors’ meeting Wednesday at 9PM.


·         Music from East Coast this Saturday. Great band. All welcome.

·         Hard luck to the Senior Footballers who were beaten by St Mary’s in the league.

·         Congrats to the minor ladies team who had a great win in the championship final against Lucan in Pairc Barróg on Saturday.

·         Well done to the U16 Girls team who had a great win against Foxcab on Sunday in the shield final.

·         Hard luck to the U15 Girls football team who were beaten by Cuala in the championship final.

·         Well done to the U12 Girls football team who had a great win against Fingallians.

·         The lotto is a massive €10,000 this week and a second jackpot of €400. Please support the club lotto.

·         Congratulations to Cian Gleeson and Caitríona Ní Cheallaigh who were married over the weekend.

·         Best of luck to the Senior Hurlers in the semi-final playoff against Thomas Davis in Pairc Barróg on Sunday at 11AM. All support needed.

·         Sincerest sympathies to Brian Fitzgerald and his family on the death of his mother Ellen.
